Health Yourself Fair

Health Yourself is a community of health-conscious people seeking health self-sufficiency.

The First Annual Health Yourself Fair will showcase natural health providers and community resources that promote natural, wholistic approaches for optimum wellness.

The fair will take place at Accelerate Church, 6075 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor, MI

Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 10am to 4pm.

Health Yourself Fair Demo Registration

A 40-minute time slot in a small conference room is available for presentations, demonstrations and/or screenings.

Please describe your presentation/demonstration and/or screening.

Check best time(s): We’ll confirm by email.

Complete your registration using the submit button.

Once we receive your completed registration form, you’ll be sent a link to make a tax-deductible donation of $25 or more to Accelerate Church.  This will confirm your registration and reserve your space.

Electronic copies of your logo, contact information, services, short blurb, etc.…

are appreciated and will be used to promote the event on fliers and on the website, https://diy-wellness.info .
